RULES FOR LAUNDRY / DRY-CLEANING

Rule (1):         Laundry pickup occurs weekly in the morning (Friday for zip code 76226, Monday for 75077, Tuesday for 75028, Wednesday for 75022). Please have your laundry bag ready for pickup by 7:00 AM. Laundry delivery is scheduled within 48 hours of pickup.

Rule (2):         The cost per eight (8) gallon laundry bag is a flat rate of $65, which includes pickup, washing or dry cleaning, folding, and delivery.* Any standard 8-gallon trash bag may be used if no other bag is available.** Payment is requested at least 10 hours in advance. Later payments may still allow pickup at our discretion. If a pickup cannot be accommodated, a full refund will be issued.

Rule (3):         Place a document inside each laundry bag with the clothes which includes the following information: Address/City/Zip Code, Name, Phone Number, Email, and any Special Instructions (we will try to accomodate, but cannot guarantee all requests)***.

Rule (4):         Any number and type of clothing is permitted, provided that the bag can be closed. Most casual items (e.g. shorts, T-shirts, underwear, and socks) are typically subject to ordinary washing and folding. Dress pants/shirts, suits, blazers, dresses, and other formal attire are typically dry cleaned. The type of service for a given article of clothing will be determined by our experienced professionals.

Rule (5):         Please do not include items of extraordinary sentimental or monetary value. While Salengco Laundry takes reasonable care with all garments and seeks to provide outstanding and reliable service, on rare occasions loss or damage may occur. If an item is lost or damaged, please email admin@salengco.com with a description and estimated value. Compensation, if any, is subject to internal limits and company discretion.

Rule (6):         Place the laundry bags just outside of your front door for pick-up. DO NOT place the bags by the roadside as they may be mistaken for garbage.

*There is no obligation for recurring service – only pay for weeks in which service is desired.

**Any number of eight-gallon bags can be used but remember to pay for each bag. For example, if you have six eight-gallon bags please pay $390 ($65 X 8) in advance.

***We do not intend to perform any repairs or alterations with our flat rate service.
